Project Clean Stream

Saturday, April 6, 2013, 09:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Pick a Stream, Any Stream!
Baltimore, MD

Project Clean Stream 2013 is here! Pull on your waders and gloves, grab a trash bag, and head out to your neighborhood stream as part of this wonderful annual stream cleanup event held across Maryland and the Chesapeake Bay region. In 2012, over 4,600 volunteers turned out at 214 clean-up sites and removed over 244,000 pounds of trash!

We need volunteers to participate as site captains (coordinating a local cleanup site) as well as general helpers on the action day. All supplies, tools and gloves will be provided, but wear clothes and shoes that can get muddy (boots or waders if you’ve got ‘em).
